It has  1 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C™ with Thunderbolt™ 3 (40 Gb/s signaling rate, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port at the Rear (your machine should have all ports on the right hand side layout and location #6 is Thunderbolt™ 3 port.

Well i don't see the right side panel image which has the electric symbol with arrow at the tail , instead my laptop has only the electric symbol with no arrow at the tail , so I guess it isn't a thunderbolt port since it doesn't has a arrow at its tail.
