Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting blue screen with windows error about ACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE, tried all online resolution but did not work then contacted Microsoft support they suggested to install windows on USB flash drive and put it in my laptop, enter bios setting and go to use load from usb drive, but now I am not able to enter bios when laptops starts , tried all the keys like ESC, F10, F9, F5, F12 Delete but none worked. It gone to loop restart.
