Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had re-install my sound card and set the volume to 100, but there is still no sound coming out. The problem appeared this morning.

Alright, the problem is solved, just go to hp.com and download a sound driver for you computer and do what it tells you to do. At least it's working on my computer, OMEN 3

When I plug in an earphone, it does work, it's not working when I'm using my computer's speaker.
