Hello everyone,
I have some issues with my laptop...
I received it a few days ago and I installed windows 10 pro on it.
I managed to install all the drivers except the one for the bluetooth and the wifi...
I tried to use HP cloud recovery tool but my product id (wrote on the box and under the laptop) was not reconized...
Can someone, please, explain to me how I can fix the problem ?

HP does not supply specs for the VICTUS 16-e1003nf machine nor its parts
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=6K9N4EA
I believe it has Realtek Wi-Fi 6 RTL8852AE-VT + Bluetooth 5.2 (802.11ax 1 × 2, MU-MIMO supported, supporting gigabit file transfer speeds) adapter.
HP does not supply network drivers for Windows 10 and Windows 11 for the series
Please use the following drivers
- Wifi: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136501-137000/sp136987.exe
- Bluetooth: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136501-137000/sp136892.exe
Regards.
