10% Cashback not credited after 90 days of hp laptop purchase

Product: HP OMEN-7NM77PA#ACJ Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

Hi, I had made EMI transaction to purchase laptop HP OMEN-7NM77PA#ACJ - on 26th January 2020. There was an active offer between HDFC bank and HP. As per offer was 10% Cashback supposed to be credited in 90 days.

But even after 90 days i haven't received Cashback amount.And Fourth has come with same amout that i paid in last 3 months. Can you please raise a complaint to concerned hp Department?.
