when i play game charging light is going of and it’s not charging it’s getting big problem to my laptop not able to play any game please help.

Does it happen on all the games or on a particular game?
Did you check if the cable is connected correctly and not loose.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
