I use DDU to disable automatic window driver update and install the Nvidia driver version you recommended and it fix the problem. Thank you for help resolve this.
I think HP should remove that last update from their website because it not working and disabled Nvidia 3070TI on OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509V8AV)
using Windows 11 Home 64-bit Version: 22000.832.
This is the bad driver version 30.0.15.1278 5/5/2022. I did checked again but know it not listed the one I have but the one you recommend. Did they fix that fast so nobody else got impacted
NVIDIA Graphics Driver 30.0.15.1115 Rev. A Jan 26, 2022. Attached the error I got when I got the latest that make Nvidia disabled.

Hello @mercyfan
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.
You cannot use the official Nvida drivers for your HP notebook !
You must use the released and certified drivers from HP.
(1) Remove all graphics drivers/artefacts with Display Driver Uninstaller DDU
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
(2) Update BIOS

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
- An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
- The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
- HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.

Hi,
'
Thank for instruction. But it not working after installing the Nvidia driver 1/2022 after restart it automatically install the latest driver from HP.com 5/5/2022 version 30.0.15.1173. How can I remove that driver or stop windows automatically install that driver?

Hello @mercyfan
<Windows Update> also updates your device drivers. That is the reason why it does not work after that.
Please follow these instructions:
https://www.itechtics.com/disable-specific-driver-update/
You can
(1) exclude a specific device from Windows driver updates or
(2) turn off driver updates for all devices.
If in your case only one device is affected I would recommend (1).
Please report your results
