Is my laptop compatible with Intel 550D 600p nvme 256gb? Please verify as someone from HP philippines said that it's possible. Please verify / clarify. Thank you

Yes your model is compatible with M.2 NVMe 3x4 SSD drives and that Intel drive should work.

If you prefer, Samsung and Crucial have been know to work best. But there shouldn't be a reason for Intel not to work.
There wouldnt be anything to break if its not able to work. It would either work, or it wont.

Before that, could you confirm if my model supports nvme?
I just did in my first post. 
it is compatible with NVME m.2 drives in the m.2 slot. It is not with m.2 Sata drives.
I gave you the manual to read that confirms this.
