Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is it true that the OMEN 15 -2020 model do not offer animation mode keyboard lighting? i says so in the features of th epc on the website, but it is not an option in the command center...

What is your OMEN 15 -2020 ?  Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine


       https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

 

Normally, OCC will check available hardware on your machine before giving out the main Menu therefore some options/features may not available.
