OMEN 15 Speakers Not Working Properly

HP Omen Dc1111tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Omen DC1111TX and my speaker from time to time goes quiet even though I set max volume, and sometimes the right speaker goes really quiet, it doesn't happen on my external speaker/headphones. 
It started happening a few weeks after I clean and repaste my laptop, I've asked my local omen community and I'm not the only one having this problem...

any Idea on what needs to be done? I've tried to reinstall the driver but it still happening...

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.


   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
                https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111136.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.
