Some models have the 4 zone lighting, some only 2 zone.

The specs on that link you gave show 2 zone.

About all you can do is contact HP directly for further discussion, or if its still new enough, perhaps whatever store you purchased from will refund you.

@OsamaBakr

There wont be any lighting controls in the OCC for your model.

Also, the keyboard does not have 4 zone led lighting like some models. Its red only.

Those that do use a separate program for controling it.

Hope that clears up any confusion.
