Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
I am seeking assistance regarding my HP Omen 15-en0000 laptop, which has a motherboard featuring an AMD Ryzen R7-4800H processor and a GeForce RTX 2060, 6 GB graphics card. Unfortunately, the motherboard was damaged due to water exposure.
Although my warranty with HP has expired, I would still like to replace the motherboard directly through HP in the US. Can anyone provide information on the cost and the best way to contact HP for this repair? I've had difficulty reaching their support team.
Additionally, if anyone knows of a more affordable alternative for this replacement, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions.
Thank you.
