Product: OMEN Laptop - 17t-cb100 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Omen 17t-cb stopped charging while it was on and will now only charge when turned off. However, the battery only lasts about an hour when it is turned on. I have tried reinstalling/updating the ACPI battery driver but that didn't work. Also, I removed the battery and tried turning it on when plugged in but it only shows a white light. I also cannot run a battery diagnostics since it does not recognize an AC adapter plugged in when it is.
