OMEN by HP - 15-ce018np
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this PC, and I was trying to get to know it more, and I learnt about the Omen Command Center, and it's functions. So, I opened it, and I only had 3 functions:

  • Performance dashboard
  • Network optimization
  • Update management

Why isn't there anything to change keyboard colors, and why is the overclocking function missing? I already updated Omen command center, rebooted, and they didn't show. Why is this happening?

Hello @ARTOS

The reason is because that model doesnt have the ability to change keyboard colors or Overclock.

Page 16 of the manual gives a very brief description of what the Command Center does.

The newer Omen-X laptop is the model that offers an RGB keyboard and Overclocking.

Let me know if you have other questions.
