Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought new omen laptop 3 days ago and wanted to try out omen command centre so i could set up the P1 P2 P3... buttons for use in game but the application shows only the GAME STREAM tab. In settings of command center says that there is no omen devicesaviable to connect 
i have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times now. Havent found any of the forums that would describeand solve  my problem either.

It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.

 

I recommend you uninstall HP command center from the computer and then download and install it from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp84001-84500/sp84071.exe

 

Once the software is installed follow the steps in the below link to configure the keyboard keys.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the command center from Windows store and check whether it resolves the issue.

 

Here is how it is done.

  1. Click the Windows Store icon in the system tray.
  2. Search for OMEN Command Center.
  3. Click Update. Wait while the program downloads and installs.
  4. Click Play.

OMEN Command Center opens.

i dont have option to update occ and heres how it looks in store and in occ 
and i just downloaded it fresh so it must have been updated, isn't it?

do i need to have anything else installed ? i have installed HP support assistant and i have updated everything i could yesterday, before i installed windows on computer i have deleted all partitions and one of them was named something with HP in it. Was that a mistake?
I really dont know what else to do...
