Product: 15-ce010ca Issues
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased this laptop a few days ago and my OMEN Command Center was showing anything, like my bandwidth, lighting options etc. I was reading some of the old support tickets on here and it recommended uninstalling OMEN Command Center and then reinstalling it. I proceeded to uninstall OMEN Command Center, but when I go to reinstall the program from the Windows store my laptop isn't showing up in the devices list, therefore I cannot download it. Not sure what to do at this point, any tips or help is appreciated, thanks!

Hello @brandin 

 

Most likely the OCC (Omen Command Center) just needed to be updated and also Windows updates has to be forced to manually search for updates.

First, here is the link to the MS App download for the OCC... Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store 

 

Then go to Windows updates and click the Check for updates button, even if it shows its up to date. Do this a couple of times until nothing is found.

 

Let me know how it turns out.
