OMEN VECTOR Wireless Mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought "OMEN VECTOR Wireless Mouse" 5 days ago.  When I first opened the OMEN Gaming Hub it showed "Charge Level: %20". Then I used it for about 4 hours the charge level didn't change. Later I plugged the mouse into my computer and the mouse stayed there all night. I woke up and checked the charge level, again it didn't change, on other days the result is same. Is this issue only for me and how can I fix it?

Hi@Thotr12,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the OMEN VECTOR Wireless Mouse charge level didn't change.

I have a few recommendations

  • Check to be sure the batteries are inserted correctly, and that they're not simply worn out. Fresh batteries are the cure for many wireless mouse problems. Power switch: Many mouse devices have a switch on the bottom, so that you can turn them off and save your battery when not in use.
  • Try replacing the Batteries and check if it works.
  • If the issue persists it could be a hardware issue on the Omen Mouse.

Thanks for replying but my mouse has a built-in battery.

Hi@Thotr12,

Thank you for responding, I appreciate your time and effort.

It could be a hardware issue on the OMEN VECTOR Wireless Mouse. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
