I recently purchased an HP Victus 15-fa0000 and since the beginning the omen gaming hub doesn't seem to open. When i click on the omen gaming hub's icon, nothing happens, nothing appears on my screen, not even the omen software's window or any notice regarding what goes wrong, the screen stays the way it was which basically means that the omen gaming hub doesn't respond in my opinion. I have tried everything I could think of to get this software to do at least something, i deleted and re-installed it which didn't work at all, I tried to re-download the drivers related to omen gaming hub from hp support assistant but that didn't work either. I feel really helpless at the moment, I wanna use this laptop with it's full potential and i know that's impossible to do without omen gaming hub so please help me, it'd be a huge favor. If there's an alternative app to the omen gaming hub then you can tell me that as well.
