Product: Omen by HP 2018 15-dc0045nr,
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Sons HP Omen has some significant lags when playing Fortnite and his Oculus VR games.  We had the entire hard drive erased and reinstalled these two game - Fortnite and his Oculus software but still they lag....my other sons inferior Pavillion has not lagging.   Here are the computer stats: (hope you can give me some tips)

15-Inch Gaming Laptop, Intel i7-8750H Processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, VR Ready, Windows 10 (15-dc0045nr, Black)

My sons computer is about 1 year old and its always been lagging....just dont know if this model is just a dud....

I reviewed your post and I understand that games are lagging.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
