hi to all,
how can I do an usb bootable or restore to factory my OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0014nl?
when I use Hp Cloud Recovery Tool and i put in my ID Product it result ID Product not valid.

Since this is a peer to peer forum and we don't work for or represent HP, you would have to contact HP customer service in Italy and see what the problem could be.
I see that the cloud recovery tool info link is listed on the support page, so it is either a mistake, or HP hasn't gotten around to putting your notebook's recovery image in the cloud recovery tool database.
If your notebook is not working, you can make a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive using the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
