Hi! I have an HP OMEN 15-en0033ur laptop

I have a problem with switching colors on the keyboard. I only have a white light. OMEN Gaming HUB doesn't see my laptop in Light studio. Help me, please.

The specs of your machine is

Looks like it does not have 4-zones keyboard. Please try to select an Effect option to see any change even with ONE color (my machine shows 4 colors)

otherwise, your machine does not have option to change color at all OR you have to wait for the next release of OGH.

Your laptop keyboard is single color lighting keyboard, not 4-zone RGB keyboard. so it cannot change the lighting color by OMEN Light Studio. this is hardware configuration. Thanks.
