Yesterday I updated my Laptop. After which the bluetooth is not working. There is no option to turn it on in settings. It is nowhere to be found in device manager. No option to enable it through BIOS settings as well. I tried updating the bios, and also called the windows support. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

 

Have you tried visiting the HP support page and downloading the latest Bluetooth driver there?

 

Please try the following methods below.

**Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: services.msc
This will open Services app
Find Bluetooth Support service in the list
Right click it then select Restart
Right click it again then select Properties
Click General Tab, in the Startup Type option, choose Automatic in the drop-down list.
Click Apply and OK.
Restart your computer.

**Press Start then search Device Manager
Expand Bluetooth
Find the Bluetooth driver
Right click it and select Update
Click "Browse my computer for driver software"
Select "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"
Make sure to put a check mark "Show compatible hardware"
Select an older driver from the list
Click Next then restart your computer

 

Note: Have you checked, if this unit is compatible with your current OS Windows 11?
