None of the OMEN Laptops were sold with or validated/tested with HP Docks or any non-HP docks. HP agents will not be able to assist in troubleshooting any dock issue on OMEN Laptops.

I don't think HP would test non-HP docks, what for ? For HP docks and HP Omen's, the HP Omen team should test HP Omen machines with HP docks. I know nearly all HP Omen machines use very high wattage PSU (or chargers)  therefore HP Omen machines with Thunderbolt™ 3 or Thunderbolt™ 4 port(s) should work with a handful of very high PD HP Thunderbolt™ docks.

 

I myself have a plan to test HP high PD Thunderbolt™ 4 dock on my HP Omen one day, would be early next year.
