Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I discovered that the game optimizer from the OMEN gaming hub crashes my game every time I start it. When I am using the optimizer the game screen shows black for 2 seconds and then it disappears with no error message shown. Immediately the push notification from the activation of the optimizer appears. Now that I disabled the optimizer the game runs well. However, I lose the performance that the optimizer usually allows me to have. Does anyone know how I can configure the optimizer to run the game while using the optimizer without crashing?
