Hi,

 

A few days ago my second screen on my laptop didn't start, when turning my laptop on.

I have check the updates in the HP support assistant, and i am fully up to date.

i have also installed a new BIOS update.

but this all with no help. maybe 1 of you guys knows how to fix this?

your solution didn't work with my complaint.

i contacted the costumer support service and they took a look at my pc.

it turns out to be an uninstalled file. maybe it had to do with the latest update.

 

but my problem is fixed now

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the display issue.

 

Let's try these steps - 

 

Press the Second screen On/Off key on the keyboard for 4 seconds to turn the display on.

have noticed this same

problem

of the screen not starting likely after a recent update within this month 03/24/2020

  if there is a way to install a missing file to

male this work please post it!?!

I'm sorry but i can not reproduce the solution.

Because the HP customer support took over my pc. 

My suggestion would be to contact them for a solution.
