Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OMEN by HP - 15-ce018dx  have had it for about 7 years and then it started to have issues charging. I got a new charger and all was well. Then it started to have trouble turning on. It would turn on but then take forever to load, sometimes even requiring me to shut it down just to try to restart it again, but once everything was loaded it worked fine. Eventually it just stopped turning on. Originally, I thought it may have been a battery issue as it does seem to lose power rather fast when plugged in and then seemed to run like a pc where if you unplugged the unit it would shutdown.  Now, it does not show that it is charging (no light) and seems to have no power getting to the unit as the unit is not turning on no longer how long it is left plugged in. I am not sure if the power issue is related to the booting issue or if they are separate issues altogether. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see that your OMEN by HP - 15-ce018dx does not power on.

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.
