I recently acquired a hp omen 15-dc0001la . When I switched it on for the first time today, after transferring files from a USB drive yesterday, only the power button's backlight was on. The keyboard's backlight did not turn on. I tried the common troubleshooting options to switch on the backlighting:pressing Fn+F5,Fn+F9,Fn+F11,but the lighting never turned on. I also tried pressing F5,F9 and F11 but still nothing. I checked my Omen Command Centre for the lighting option but it doesn't have one. I confirmed in the 'Omen command centre feature' table that my model doesn't have that option. How can I get the backlighting back on?

HP Recommended

It should be F4 to turn on the backlight, you can try it.
