Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc0007tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Battery health was ok 0% Problems
It was good and took 3 hours from 100% to 20% in ordinary usage
But Today battery was 70% and suddenly it ran to 0% and shut down
I pluged AC Adapter ,checked health and found that it's 70% Very weak need to replace

I bought my Laptop on Jan 2019

A question so I know how to better help...  with you being in Egypt, is your standard warranty 2 years or only 1?

OK then. You would have to replace the battery yourself since its not covered.

Here is your manual, page 45 explains how to access it... http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06219881.pdf

It uses this battery... 3 cell 52 Whr 4.55 Ahr LI SR03052XL-PL     part number: L08855-855

 

HP doesn't sell them unfortunately, so you would have to look online for 3rd party seller for your country.
