OMEN by HP 15-dc1040nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to set my laptop keyboard lights into one color. Whenever I set all 4 zones into the same color, 2/4 (center and right) zones are in a different shade. I have updated everything and reinstalled Omen CC as some people had suggested, but no luck.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please update the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Next uninstall the Omen Command center from your Notebook and restart, then reinstall the Omen Command Center from Microsoft Store

Keep me posted

Thank you

Hello,

As mentioned, I updated everything (including the BIOS  using the same link) and reinstalled Omen Command Center from the Microsoft Store. It did not work.

@yancol Here's what you need to do:

Click here to download the latest OMEN Command Center to resolve this issue.

If the issue persists, Click here to find and install the Bios and chip-set driver updates,

If the issue persists, is recover the original application from the recovery manager: Click here for instructions to retain the original Omen controller.

The only other thing to do is to uninstall the software and install a fresh copy from the Microsoft store: click here
