OMEN by HP 15-dc1088wm general problems

my omen ( i7 9750H w/ 1660ti) has several problems 
1) I can't update the bios

2) I can't locate the integrated graphics hardware (Intel UHD  630)

3) a lot of problems and bugs with HP apps

4) drop in performance in all games and overheating 

please help

A1. What is the error message ?

A2. Its iGPU is disabled and we won't be able to enable it. My machine is the same with GTX 1070

           

A3. I can say all apps/programs have bugs. They have new version(s) to fix and also introduce new bug(s).

Sorry for the delay in a reply

I downloaded the BIOS driver from HP drivers center and when I run it it's just closed and nothing happened, it's just fully downloaded and nothing happened 
ps/ I run it as administrator

Playing around with BIOS would brick your machine. You can use HPSA to update BIOS - Why you need to install BIOS ? Your question on the very first post did not mention BIOS at all.
