OMEN by HP 15-dc1113nc
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
I have recently bought this gaming laptop - OMEN by HP 15-dc1113nc and I'm experiencing terrible heat issues. CPU (i7-9750H) temperatures easily hit 96-97 °C and stay that way while I'm gaming either on default or dynamic power mode. I tried to undervolt the CPU ( - 125 mV) using  Throttlestop and it didn't help at all. GPU (2070 max-q) temperature stayes around 83-84 °C while I'm gaming. Keyboard is also very hot due to high CPU temperatures. Is there any fix for this or should I try to return it to shop as broken ?

Thanks for your answers

So I tried to do all the things from the link but the temperature didn’t change. I called official HP support in my country (Czech Republic) and they told me that 97 degrees Celsius for CPU and 84 for GPU are normal temperatures for HP omen laptops. I was told that the limit is set at 110 degrees Celsius and when it reaches that temperature I should call or send it to service.
