OMEN by HP 15-dc1516na Van noise is too loud!!

Hi Folks, 

I literally just bought OMEN by HP 15-dc1516na today (08-02-2020) and I've installed ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) and after a few minutes of booting up it becomes really really loud and noise that's its unbearable, can someone please tell me if this is normal or? 

To me it can't be it sounds ridiculous as if its broke and I've only had it a few hours? 

Also can anyone recommend a fix? I've a screenshot of my HP Omen Centre whilst playing the game for anyone to question anything.
