OMEN by HP - 15t-dc000 CTO is having issues after a windows update.unresoponsive after signing in.

Hi All,


I have bought OMEN by HP - 15t-dc000 CTO during 2018 Thanks giving.

I am not using my personal laptop frequently.

After recent software updates, windows or hp,i am not sure which one.

I could able to sign into my laptop but its unresponsive and couldnt even able to view desktop

I tried all the windows short cuts, i couldnt able to help it.

I worked @ Microsoft[Hyderabad] and Intel[Bangalore] as a Automation Engineer. through a third party company.

If i am facing this problem, then rest of the world would have seen this!

If anyone knows any sollution, kindly let me know anyway to fix other than reinstalling OS.

@Prean  I haven't seen anyone here with that issue yet.

Have you tried running the PC in Safe Mode? If so, does the same issue occur?

If it doesn't, you might try rolling the Windows back via a restore point.


Otherwise, I would not know of a fix.
