Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting FPS drops in every game.

in csgo i have 200fps and then for like 10 seconds i get 50fps

same goes for nba2k20, gta v, etc.

I have set maximum performance in nvidia settings, i have set every game to use nvidia graphics card

I have updated bios and all drivers

I have laptop cooler and battery settings are set to max performance ( always plugged in when i game)
