OMEN command center network booster "no internet connection found"

HP Recommended

Hi, my Omen command center (OCC) keeps saying that there is no internet connection when I do.

To troubleshoot, I have so far:

1) make sure my Windows is updated

2) make sure my BIOS is updated

3) make sure every drive is updated using HP Support Assistant

4) connect via ethernet cable

5) uninstall OCC and reinstall via Microsoft Store

6) install OCC SDK Package from support.hp.com

During step 6 I keep running into this error:

rtf64x64.jpg

To solve this problem I have:

1) searched for the rtf64x64.sys file, and located it during installation -> then it restarts the system

2) reinstall OCC -> does not recognize network

3) google rtf64x64.sys and install Realtek_LAN_1.4IS_Dragon_Win7-10_v3.0.0.0 to locate the rtf64x64.sys file and use that during the installation

4) reinstall OCC -> still does not recognize network

At this point, I am almost about to just give up trying to use the Network Booster. Maybe it's not worth the trouble. But this is only a day old laptop. I shouldn't have this much trouble trying to get this to work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
