OMEN Laptop - 15-en0802no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought a OMEN Laptop 15-en0802no, according to the store it should support 120hz. However, in Windows I can only select 40hz and 60hz. Is 120hz supported? If so, how can I actually use it?

Its specs

Looks like you are trying to set refresh rate for its display. Its display only support up to 60Hz. You can set 120Hz for an external monitor depending on its resolution.

Please note: refresh rates go up, resolution will go down and vice versa,

Regards.

Thanks, my conclusion: the store got it wrong by claiming / implying the display supports 120hz.
