Product: OMEN gaming hub and OMEN Light Studio

Hi I'm having some trouble with my OMEN hub and OMEN Light Studio. For my OMEN hub whenever I try to start it up it says "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFDA3304ED9" and when I press ok it automatically closes it and I don't know how to fix it if you do please help. As for the Lighting Studio it doesn't give me a thing like the hub does what happens is it starts up and a couple seconds later the borders of the page turn white and the page closes without warning please tell me what I should do to fix it.
