While playing, I got the notification that the battery was low. I plugged it in to an HP travel charger. A few minutes later, the computer turned off instantly. The charging LED light is on when the charger is connected. When I press the power button ,the computer starts, sometimes to the OMEN logo but most often within 3 seconds of the screen turning on but still black, it turns off. You can actually hear a switch sound when this happens. What can it be and how do I go about fixing this issue? Thank you in advance.

I recommend you boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key on startup and check whether the computer restarts in BIOS.
If the computer restarts in BIOS as well then I recommend you contact support as it might be a hardware issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Cheers!
