Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I'm new here.

I have an omen laptop that I use for video editing, so no large game libraries, I bought it refurbished this spring and have not had any issues with it, But today when I tried to to boot it up the screen was sort of cropped, we'll not really cropped, more like the entire sign in screen was in the upper left corner, like a window, if I didn't touch any keys the screen would almost immediately go black, if I did touch keys the screen would go on and off every few seconds, also the cuerser is not displayed on screen, although it can select things, you just can't see what you're clicking. Due to the fact that I can't navigate through the settings I can't see if its a display setting. I keep my all my updates and drivers up to date.

One thing to note, this has happened once before, but it wasn't need so bad and it fixed itself after a few hours.

I really hopen someone can help.

Thanks

So, I tried rebooting it near a wifi network that I had previously used and it connected automatically. After sitting for about ten minutes it gave a flicker, and the screen went back to normal, which is great for now, but it sucks that I am dependant on a pre connected  network just to use my computer, next time I might have my wifi off when I shut it down, then I'll be in a real fix.
