Hello

 

I have the OMEN by HP 870-257nc for 3 month. And after unpluging it and repluging it (moving computer to another place) switching led lights colour in OMEN CONTROL is not working. Its still changing all the colours, but if I want to stay it at the red colour it doesnt work. I tried installing the System Event Utility, but it didnt help.

 

What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to assist.

 

I understand that you have an OMEN by HP 870-257nc PC. I read that the switching LED lights color in Omen Control is not working.

 

There is the HP System Even Utility which should get you back up and illuminated in the right color once the Omen Control is installed.

NOTE: PLease restart the PC once the installation is complete.
