OS broken

Hi guys how are u 

i have problem with my OS 

my hard disk is deleted and the OS windows install it now whene i turn it on show this message

boot device not found

please install an operating system on your hard disk.

hard disk - 3F0

i can not access to the bios because i do not what the administator password

please helo me
