Bought a HP Envy m 17-bw0003ca. Went to New Orleans. Lost the original charger. Found one at home meant for a different model, but it worked. Then it stopped working. The laptop knew it was plugged in, but it would stay at 0% after 48 hrs of charging without any apps open. So now I wanna get the original charger. Ofc I can't get the original original because it's in NO, and I've searched the entire HP website like hell trying to find a charger and nothing is coming up. So how do I get a damned charger for this thing!?
