Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has been purchased from the US in December 2020 and I received it in another region. this January. But, in just two days the "R" key chose not to respond. I have updated all the drives and the optional too yet the problem is not getting fixed. It responds sometimes if I simultaneously tap the other keys or press it down for 10-15 secs.  I believe it's a hardware issue depending on the other sources. The laptop still has 2 months warranty left.  But I'm currently in Bangladesh, is there any way to claim the warranty?

Because your machine is available on the US market (ending with dx). You have to call HP in the US directly to create a case then send your machine to the US for repair.
