Hi everyone, after Windows update i start have some problem with integrated sound card:

- HP Audio Switch disappeards

- B&O app is missing

- playing an audio file the reproduction starts after 1-2 seconds

- watching films there are many lags on video and audio

For the last two points if I use an external audio card (my focusrite scarlett 8i6 3rd) no problems where founds

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
           https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107247.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

You should see HP Audio Control now, B&O is embedded in HP Audio Control.

Note: I upgraded my machine to Windows 10 2004 last week. No problem so far.

Regards.
