Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1059nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking into a docking station and I am unable to tell whether or not I have a thunderbolt port that would allow me to use said docking station.

The specs of your machine is

which says NOTHING about its available ports.  I have not seen a working dock for HP Omen machines. I tested HP USB-C G5 dock on my HP Omen machine, I can get 3 external monitors but battery won't work.
