Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got an Omen 15-DC1052NR

I am trying to run dual monitors through a Dell TB16 dock, connected to the Thunderbolt 3 in the back of the Omen. Both monitors are connected to the dock with DisplayPort, but only one monitor is connecting at a time. If i plug in only Monitor 1, it works. If i plug in only Monitor 2, it works. If i plug in both, only the first one plugged in works.

*BIOS is the latest (F.14)

*Thunderbolt Software is the latest - 17.4.78.500

*I've run Windows Update and everything is up to date

*The Thunderbolt software recognizes the TB16 dock when i plug in the cord and makes the connection chime

*Other USB peripherals plugged in to the TB16 are recognized by the Omen

*I've confirmed that the Laptop itself can run multiple monitors by connecting one monitor to the TB16 dock and one directly to the laptop.

*My work laptop (Dell Precision) connects to the TB16 and runs the two external monitors just fine.

*The only thing i can see different is that the small led light on the TB16's cable lights up when connected to my work laptop but does not light up when connected to my omen

I am seriously at a loss. Please help!

@CAP23

I know your Dell dock and your HP machine ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. Do you know any more ?

Regards.
