Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i got fan problem with my right side fan (gpu side i assume). When it runs up between 1700-2300rpm it makes weird very small noise like its touching(rubbing) something (also vibrates slightly). I bought the pc like 4 days ago and its really annoying do you suggest me to open it up or send it to service to repair (if its even a problem). Sorry if i did any mistakes about my grammar and thank you all for your answers.

From my tests on my HP Omen machine noise appeared when one of them spins over 2600rpm. Please try to update BIOS to the latest one on

I used another browser and managed to update bios. Thank you for that its definitely better but there is still slight vibration at 2400 rpm to be exact.
