Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My omen 15 laptop generally runs pretty smooth, however when I started using it yesterday, all applications and even just maneuvering on the laptop became extremely slow. The text I am typing out right now is on a ~0.25 second delay. In task manager the RAM usage barely passes 60% even when running games and the CPU usage also stays low. Fans are quieter than usual. Things I have tried so far include rebooting my laptop a couple times, reinstalling the NVIDIA GPU drivers. I need help resolving this because as it is right now it is significantly more difficult to perform basic tasks than it was 48 hours ago.
