You notebook has AMD graphics card !

 

You cannot use the official AMD drivers for your HP notebook !

You must use the released and certified AMD drivers from HP.

 

Important:

First, please create a windows restore point, before you start experimenting...

(1) Remove all graphics drivers/artefacts with Display Driver Uninstaller DDU

(2) Shutdown ( No Power Sleep or Hibernate ) your notebook !

 

(3) Start and install the HP released and certified AMD driver

AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver

27.20.15002.11002 Rev.C728.0 MBApr 23, 2021Download

 

(4) Shutdown ( No Power Sleep or Hibernate ) your notebook !

 

(5) Start and test again ...

I gave my laptop for the service center they have no solution for this problem, straight way they said motherboard problem, It need to be replaced. 

The cost the motherboard is half of laptop price.
