It has 1 High-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) v2.0 supporting: up to 4096 × 2160 @ 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 port. Probably you already know: the refresh rate goes up the resolution will go down and vice versa. You should be able to get FHD (1920 x 1080) at 120Hz.
2560x1440p monitor at 75hz is very close, it may work but not sure, you can try.
